Wobbles? What wobbles? I have never had a problem with my 3DS wobbling. But if that is a common thing then it def. needs to be fixed!

From what I read in my google searches, there are a fair amount of people with the top screen that wobbles (probably from loose hinges) around when open, its not too big a problem, its just a tad annoying.

I know if I had that problem I would return it immediately. Especially since I picked it up at full price. Had a cloudiness in my old DSXL (one of them) so I sent it back. Nintendo returned it to me twice before they got it right. They finally just sent me a new one because they could not get the screen to be bright like it was supposed to be. They finally called me and said we do not see what is wrong with it. I told them to open up another DS next to it. Finally they realized it was not as bright as it was supposed to be. They will work with you on stuff like that, but you got to be willing to miss out for 1-4 weeks.

I've already sent it to get repaired to Nintendo once already for a defective touchscreen (the screen kept flashin yellow and blue), they sent it back with a wobbly top screen... I'ts pretty much laziness on my part not to send it back again. I know Nintendo is good with customer service and will help (minus the time they refused to repair my wii since it had a modchip installed), but I'm kind of fine with it... depending how long warranty is i might send it back eventually.
