I think these rumors could hold true. But you gotta consider ha few things: the 10-11 games that are being shown by Nintendo most likely will be released over the course of a whole year, and the 3 new IP's might very well include a form of Wii U minigame-package, a la Wii Sports.
But still - this is totally awesome! And it would even be more epic if it actually were true :D
