Nope.. You already have iPad2 exclusive games and IPhone3GS/4 and up games.. who cares about the older devices.. as long as apple can get the new devices out with the same or better popularity of the old one and sells like hot cakes developers shouldn't have to worry about the 2 year+ old devices..
