Well that quote is quite old, so they may have decided to make Titan or another project F2P since then. And it could be that they just don't want to talk about their upcoming games and it's business model yet so they dissmissed it in a noncommittal way.
But anyway the title comes from an anonymous source that aparently told the Blizzard are working on a Free 2 Play game.
