Nonsense. The entirety of his speech there, as well as the Reaper you take down on Rannoch, are completely on point. They say their goals and motivations are beyond our understanding. They are completely correct.

Have you finished the game? The Reaper's motivation is basically handed to you on a silver platter, it is not complex or beyond our comprehension, it is just silly. I wish they would have used the dark energy plot instead, or not give us any reason.

I haven't beaten it, no, but I've known it for quite a while. Which is to my benefit, since it let me make my peace with it; I don't think I'll be as soured by the ending as most folks.

But mostly, my comment was just a tongue-in-cheek jab at how stupid the whole thing is.
