I think it's safe to say the PS3 is the definitive graphics king for this gen

An here are the cockpit photos I found. I avoided any night time pictures as I didn't think ti was a fair comparison. Couldn't find anywhere near as many as I would've liked, though. I'll have to search for more after this. 

 

Oh I will agree GT5 looks amazing too. I put Forza 3, 4 and GT5 well above Uncharted IMHO. However GT5 being in my list of top 3 doesn't make PS3 the definite graphics king, and Forza 4 is better. There are threads with back to back comparissions...heck there was one mega thread which asked people to vote, and Forza 4 won, on a website with a large number of PS3 fans..

That's great, but I do not think Forza 4 or GT5 can stand up to the games I've previously posted pictures of. Comparing graphics of racing games vs third person action games/fps is a tricky business, but I think, for me, the difference in quality is obvious enough to make that call. 

Thing is, the difference is so close it's all a matter of opinion. Some people might like Skyrim graphics just because of the great draw distance, some people might like Forza for the increadible detail, some people like uncharted because they like looking at trees, and some people like Gears because they take close up looks to their guns. Every game has their highlights, no 1 franchise is better then the rest this gen. PS360 are too similar.
