No no no!  GT5 is obviously better since it's 1080p, not 720p like Forza 4 is. :P

Both are 720p. GT5 is only 1080p when viewing cars in the garage and when you take a photo. GT5 does has 1080p vertical resolution, but has frequent frame rate drops to 30FPS (lower in 3D), even in optimal 12 person driving, no weather. Forza 4 holds a constant 60 FPS.

GT5 looks more like Forza 3, with the difference being car models look better in GT5 (for the limited cars that have them).

I don't think the game ever dropped to 30fps on my system, or at the very least, it sure isn't so bad that my eyes notice it.  But you're free to over-exaggerate the issue to suit your agenda.

In the end, the result is a still very smooth result running at a resolution higher than Forza 4.  And you said that graphics king should be 1080p... So, take a stance and keep it, will ya? :P

Not over-exaggerating, have you not read any articles by Digital Foundry? Drops to 30 FPS are common, here are some links and pictures

http://www.eurogamer.net/videos/forza-4-vs-gran-turismo-5

GT5 is the green line there, which is actually below 30FPS in a 12 car race with no weather. Same conditions as Forza 4, and stuggling.

I said the PS3 so called graphical kings, are not 720p, they are not in a different level then 360 exclusives.

Also you may not notice FPS drops, but you probably just aren't paying attention. 30FPS is still livablem 15FPS is chopey.
