Just take it slow man and things will improve. They have a bunch of people working on it and it will work out the kinks in the matchmaking soon enough. Just put the game on hold for now and come back to it, maybe there are some other games you need to play through still? I just ordered my copy, I've been looking forward to this game for a long time.

Too late!  Got that crap since day one like a Sony fanboy I am...  But that game is totally broken: half of us cannot play, one fourth is complaining about the online balance or one of the million bugs about stats and whatever and the rest is happy.  Don't worry about me, I'm playing other games and have a life... I think it's important to tell that it is unnacceptable to release a game in that state.  Since you're waiting for that game for a long time, I hope you will be in the 25% able to enjoy it.

Yeah, I thought the Demo didn't release early enough for them to iron everything out.  I know this game is mutliplayer centric but I'm not that big on online multiplayer.  I miss the days of split screen and network play and would really rather have that.  If issues are still around this month I'll just stick to single player or run through my backlog.  According to Double Fine studios patches cost around $40,000, atleast theirs do, so they are investing in it.  It's really hard to guarentee a fluid multiplayer day one anymore without an extensive beta.  The game isn't broken, everyhing else works fine and its entirely fixable.  There might be more people not having problems than you know, since its usually only the upset ones you hear from. I've been following David Jaffe on twitter since he updates constantly on what's going on.

Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
