[/URL]In the Gears 3/Uncharted 3 pictures, Gears of War 3 looks better if you ask me. However playing them I think Uncharted 3 looks better, but only slightly (mainly because of vegitation affects).
In the end, is either console graphics king? They both are damn close and if the difference makes a difference to you, you need to grow up. On PC those difference could easily be contributed to configuring individual game settings differently, it's minor.
