Game: Great Bargains or Closing Down Sale?

So today, I had some spare time and thought i'd use the opportunity to pop into my local Game(UK) and Gamestation(UK) store to peruse, as you do. What I found when i went in was a fairly quiet store with very little atmosphere anymore and also missing the latest hits. Not only that, whilst looking through the pre-owned section I managed to find some games which were an absolute steal. Here's what I managed to pick up:
