Also stop with the Vita phone and thinking that it would be a guaranteed success and/or a smart move. If the Vita phone doesn't take off and become a high selling phone device (Not to mention it is going to get these ridiculous yearly upgrades), expect the big game makers (IE: Sega, Epic, Capcom, etc...) to leave the Vita phone behind with no dedicated Vita titles and shift those resources instead to iDevice, Android and/or 3DS game development.

What you are proposing is, in my opinion, a much more risky move than taking a chance with the Vita as it is now. Look at Xperia Play to see just how much the market cares for dedicated gaming phones.

I honestly don't remember the last time Sony even mentioned it's name.
