It's called "The Boondocks", and it airs in the US on Cartoon Network as part of the "Adult Swim" lineup. Not sure where else in the world it's aired, you'll have to Google it or something. Some full length episodes are on Youtube if you care to check them out too, plus endless clips of some of the funniest scenes of the series of course.
