Which will come out first? Final Fantasy versus XIII or Final Fantasy XIII-3

It's as clear as daylight in the ending of 13-2 there's gonna or at the very least suppose to be a sequel to it. 

If there isn't one after that ending, I will be livid.

OT: XIII-3 in 2013 or 2014. Versus in 20never.
