I didn't feel the changes were all that significant. My high school was effectively a six year institution (7-12 all in one building), and i don't remember much of anything changing technologically: there was one clean replacement of all PCs at one point, though PCs always used Windows XP from when i entered in Fall 2002 to when i graduated in Spring 2008, and they did start using an online grade reporting system, essentially the teacher's gradebooks all had to be online so parents could see exactly where you were.
Aside from that, not much.
