Nokia N8 has 12 MP and the best optics in a cell phone including a hand made carl zeiss lens. This is what makes it the best smartphone camera to date. Not just the megapixels alone...

And let's not forget bigger than average sensor size which helps in low light conditions and keeps pixel density at sane levels.

 

I hope they price drop N8 once this one is released :D

Sadly I don't think I can't go back to symbian. My stints with E63 and E73 were great in 2008 and 2009...but it was never love at first sight experience like with iPhone or Windows Phone.

I'm more excited of the prospect of this 41 megapixel camera making it to Windows Phone by years end. Nokia World this year should be fun... :)
