Fair enough, I find 49k hard to believe with the Vita software taking the top 2 positions in the all-format software charts too. It's possible either way as UFC sold pretty horrible, but getting a large share of the software charts off of 49k would be unrealisitic, baring in mind the 3DS didn't touch the top 5 with more sales
