But yes, it was a genius move by Sony to refrain from making any public projections for Vita sales, the system doesn't even show up in their fiscal reports. Since they gave no perspective whatsoever, the actual Vita sales can be spun into a positive thing.

Yes, but even that was worded more in the way of "We would be happy, if...", so it's not really a definite prediction.

We won't know anyway, it's hard enough getting home console info these days, let alone handheld, on top of that it's Sony and they're super secretive.
