To come back to Sony’s gamble, that’s it in a nutshell. Over its lifetime, the PS Vita will shift less units than a smartphone. Will it sell enough? I think it deserves to. It’s the only choice for gamers looking for console gaming while out and about. The build quality is fantastic, there’s a lot of technology that will be utilised well for many years. The launch titles cover a huge amount of ground and genres, with more to come. As a multi-year investment in your own leisure time, I can’t think of a better way to spend your money.
