Nope. TGC wants to hit the mainstream, HARD. Consoles aren't popular enough.
iOS & Android is their next stop.

I thought iOS and Android were pretty open to developers, so who are they "in the process of negotiating" with?

They might still need funding to complete the project they want to make, so it could easily mean they're negotiating with EA or Ubisoft for example.
