How PS Vita, Nintendo 3DS are doing in Japan

The situation looks grin for Vita there, and the great problem is that Sony doesn't seen to care.
I mean, i think Vita will become the Western portable - full of Call of Duties and Assassin's Creeds
Great for most, not that great for me.
