I avoid using women in my party in RPGs because I find them weaker to men :(
For example, My FFXIII team was always Snow, Sazh and Hope while the other 3 chicks racked up like up to 800k crys. points. FFX was usually Waka, Tidus and Auron and Eternal sonata is currently Allegretto, Jazz and Frederic. I only ever level a woman party member if I absolutely have to.
