Nintendo right out stated it, it isn't a rumor. It is getting really positive dev feedback though.

They can always say that, but the question remains: by how much? Plus, you can'talways take PR at face value when there are no specs in tandem to work with.

The rumors I was referring to were rumors about the hardware used in the WiiU's design, to be clear.
