Does the little brown smiley face count as a person with a Vita? I can see four of them within 1-2 miles of where I live! Which is surprising to me because I live in a small village. I can't see their avatars or psn ids though so I'm not sure if they are Vita owners or not.

I click on "Out and About" and count the number of PSN icons that show up. Most of the time I get ~9-10.

Actually, all of them are within 1 1/2 miles of my home.
