My county wasn't too bad in the 7.25 or 7.5 range I believe though it might've changed since I've been gone. Nothing close to 13% though. |
As far as I remember, we used to have 15% sales tax. It was eventually drop to 14 and then 13.
Move (populated) provinces in Canada have 13% sales tax now.
