That's one quarter, boys and girls. One quarter. Keep in mind that Microsoft 'repairs' those units and sends them right back out. Many of them wil be cycling through their system for years.

Wrong. Microsoft repairs the Xenons and installs the new hardware into them. Ever bother looking up forum posts about refurbished units? They recieved the newest OS, and hardware modifications - including the new DVD drives (ask KN), 2nd Heatsinks (me), and as far as we know, Falcon modifications.

 

Of course, you must not know this since you really don't care about the Xbox 360, nor the actual issues of getting a console back after RROD.
