Great news! I've gone back to Lost Odyssey recently and I plan on picking up Blue Dragon (and the new FF's) soon too. The only other JRPG's I've been able to pass the half way mark in are Chrono Trigger and Tales of the Abyss. Sakaguchi seems to make games that just resonate with me so I'm excited to hear this is coming to NA. Of course, if it was never announced I probably would have imported it when I finally got through most of my ridiculous backlog.
Note: I'm aware Sakaguchi has nothing to do with new FF's and Tales of the Abyss, which is why I've left them unitalicized. I also hope to make an attempt to keep up with the Japanese games industry better from here on out as I'm pretty much a noob with the genre.

After a Skyrim overdose, I´ve been meaning to play a JRPG, and I was wondering..is Lost Odyssey a pretty good game?...I remember when it came out in 2008, saw a lot people saying it´s surprisingly good, etc...that it kinda reminds them of FFX, but the game had never really picked my interest until now.

Lost Odyssey is fantastic and it's absurdly cheap, go buy it and enjoy yourself for 40-60 hours.
