Just played it today. Tried the multiplayer as Vanguard first and was spawned into the middle of a fire fight in which I got shot and killed from behind. Not fun.
Second game though I had a team who had obviously played MP for a bit already and knew what to expect. Had a lot of fun playing as Vanguard although it took me a while to remember I had hotkeys instead of pressing shift for Biotic Charge, lol.
Tried to stay away from Single Player but failed. It seemed to setup the main game quite nicely and had a few "whoa" moments. Was nice to see Ashley with her hair down too 
. The second part was the same section I'd played on 360 at Eurogamer Expo although it had some extra dialog this time. I really do enjoy playing as Vanguard 
Anyway, I thought it was pretty good. Didn't have any graphical or lip sync problems on PC, in fact it looked pretty damn good at 1920x1080 on my rather old 4850. Now I just need to complete my female Shephard on ME2 and I'm good to go. Bring on the 9th March!
