3DS keeps disconnecting online. DMZ issue? Lil' help, please?

Just got this:

It was the best they had, as far as I  can tell.  Hope it works!  Cost $70 at Wal-Mart.  Just Googled it for the image above and saw that a lot of places are selling it for $40.  Oh well.  Fuck it.  Here goes nothin'!
