Sounds like they fixed everything I disliked about the first 3 (I hated CO powers) and then improved it some, I like the idea of unit leveling.
Whats are the maps like? Can I decide my own strategy or does the map only really allow 1 like in the previous games?
Does it have online multiplayer? If it does it could consume my life.
