One thing--before the game came out, we saw a trailer where this woman with horrible hair got killed by zombies. I didn't see this when I played the game. Can anybody tell me what I did wrong?

I've loving it so far- 6 missions into raid mode and on chapter 4 on campaign, I think; recently beat this ridiculous Communications Officer boss which I reckon probably wouldn't have been so hard if I hadn't missed the shotgun earlier in the mission :S

That boss was obsurd.  I threw like 15 rifle rounds, 20 shotgun shells, a grenade, and 30 pistol rounds into it before it went down.  I had 2 pistol rounds left when it died.  I thin kit was designed just to eat all of your ammo at that point in the game...

How were you supposed to get the shotgun? I remember seeing it, and it was like "there is a slot to put something" or something, I can't remember :s
