So apparently certain caucuses were told not to count their votes out loud and just send in their results. Well, one caucus didn't do as instructed and. Their official count showed that Paul won that caucus. A week later their results weren't posted towards the final count. When they called in to investigate they were told Romney had won their particular caucus.........Watch the video and see for yourselves.
