She's the one that gets thrown against the window at one point, she then turns into the crazy zombie girl that keeps poping up everywhere. I'm not sure if the dropped those cut scenes from the game or not. I haven't played through on hell mode yet as I've been playing raid mode.
One of my favorite games ever. I think it's on par with resident evil 4.
