Not unless Nintendo stops making Mario games. Sonic will also last as long as Sega wants them too but since Mario has been around longer, Sonic will never catch him.
If the question is will any of the characters be around in 30 years, I woulsd say yes. Sonic, Lara Croft, and some others will definitely do it.
