Any word on a U.S. release date for FF XIII Type-0?

I'd have to think it's for vita. OR....

3DS!!!!

However if it comes to VITA, I'll get it the same day! with Wipeout 2048 (I really want this, not worth 300+ dollars alone though, but with type-0... still stretching it but certainly!).
