i actually go to the real bosworth and tewkesbury reenactments sometimes where people all dress up and live like they did back then for the weekend or week at the bigger ones, its very interesting and good fun and all the clothes and stalls they have are beautiful, haha i enjoy it

U mean like medieval festivals?

yes, they are good day outs,it looks like a real  battle camp and all the people live like they did for the weekend ,its called a living museum and there are some great stalls/shops and they renact a battle, with horses, knights, muskets, early cannon,i know some people who are big richard III fans,it is quite big over here for some people and tewkesbury is quite a big fesival 1000's of people go,you get quite a few people from mainland europe visiting too

the women look great and you have knights on horses,i mean whats not to like, lol

lol yes. Knights and women, food, drinks and music. I've been to such a festival here in Sweden but it was a long time ago. Fantastic really. No muskets or cannon balls though.

I hate living in the ass end of nowhere : (

And where is that? At the far end of Scotland?

No other side of the world

Still the point stands, the xlosest thing to a fair we have around here is the "Gypsy Fair" which is really just a by annual event where a bunch of hippies in house busses come and sell knick nacks and crap.

I do live at the end of one of Top 10 Coastal Drives of the World according to the lonely planet tho
