But they have to play to win if they want to stay in the game. They've simply made too many poor business decisions post PS3, even if many of those were out of hubris coming off the overwhelming success of the PS2.
PS3 customers may have "won" with all the titles and new IPs released this iteration, but none of that really equated to the level of success one might expect relative to the effort they put in when it came to producing great product and not great marketing.
