It is pretty much the same as playing games too much on your iphone or android and killing the battery. Is there a phone out there that can last a while when gaming and using it for calls? I know my Galaxy S doesn't last very long and I game on it A LOT!
I also was unaware that your point was that a Vita phone would be used 90% of the time for the games. I wrongly assumed it was written as to say that a Vita phone would have poor battery life when gaming compared to other smartphones if used at the same rate whether it be for calls or for gaming.
My apologies. 
As for a "Vita Phone", all we would need is a beefed up Xperia Play with the ability to play downloadable Vita titles.
iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
