I think we're overestimating a tad... 100k first week at most (and this is coming from one of the bigger One Piece fans on this site, a fan who is in Japan currently and has observed the frenzy and seen all the TV ads for the game during One Piece's weekly broadcasts)
Primarily one must account for the fact of the shrunken Japanese home console market.
