I think you need to take another look at the vita software line up..that's all I got from that wall of text

No, I think you need to explain. Please explain how any game that the Vita is coming out will be a system seller.  If you can't explain yourself, don't comment

wait so you want new games to promote a 'handheld' experience and you want a gurantee they will be system seller? Unless you have a crystal ball I doubt even you would know if any of the new IPs will be a system seller or not

and I was mainly referencing to your it's only ps3 like games on the vita comments..let me put it this way as to why you can't just play them on the ps3

1. they are not on the ps3

2. they are not on the ps3

3. and finally they are not on the ps3

almost all these games are made with the psv capabilities in mind and almost all of them promote on the go experiences..and I would even argue games like LBP will work better on the vita than on the ps3.

and the system has many new IP announced for it...from a variety of genre. So no it's not only about IPs well known on the home consoles either. Again go take a hard look at the list of games announced for the psv. You will see many new games in addition to the well known ones. Time will tell how these will do obviously.

1. Console Remakes

2. Console Remakes

3. Console Remakes

Hmm, I guess I can count to three too.....

The PSP did the exact same thing by remaking games for the PSP and it showed to be a very non-successful strategy.  And yes I do see new games on the list, but ones that will suck in a whole new crowd or even steal sales from the 3DS no.  Fact is the PSV is in direct competition with the 3DS and when they are side by side with a $250 sticker and a $170 sticker it makes it hard enough. But then you have Mario and Zelda in one corner vs Uncharted and Little Big Planet(Which I actually see LBP as a good portable game) in the other corner where do you see the majority going?  Then you have people skeptical about the PSV because of they can get these games on the PS3 already for a cheaper price.  And 3DS doesn't even have pokemon yet, what happens then?
