Probably the main reason I doubt this is because David Perry suggested it. Any credit I gave him and Shiny for Earthworm Jim was wiped clean twofold with Enter the Matrix.
Seriously though, Microsoft making a TV? That would limit their audience to a ridiculous degree. A "CloudBox" service through a computer would work for any TV and makes far more sense.
