Actually, they did win. You can't dispute MS doing better in term of being profitable.

Wasn't the gamecube more profitable than the ps2 in a year or two? Cuz if I remember correctly, the ps2 was being sold at a loss, unlike the gamecube. Seece posted an article last year that showed this (I may be wrong though).
