The only reason I would want next gen consoles to come out now is once I do have the money for a new console, it'll have plenty of games to choose from not just launch titles. The downside is the earlier it comes, the more rushed it's going to seem. So they can take their time, but an announcement would be nice. I'm just curious what direction the next consoles will take. For now, I'm going to be investing my money on 3DS and PSVita.
