You know what? One of the points where you give it a ten is where it falls through for me; lasting appeal. On my new savegame with 48 hours game time, I'm level 61, practically immortal, done the main quest, imperial faction quests (which were precisely the same as the stormcloak quests except the color of the men's uniforms), dark brotherhood quests, thieves guild and most of the companions. No monsters are challenging, there is no gear to be found that is worth anything, I have too much gold to spend and the game has virtually no value any longer.
