But if you haven't played Oblivion you should buy that game instead beause it's even better and dirty cheap.

As I said, it also depends on a lot of other factors. You could surpass that threshold quite fast (in a couple of hours) if you fill chests and barrels inside a house of yours with stuff or you could cross that threshold with only data of exploration and quests, which doesn't affect the memory leak problem as serverely as clutter do.
