No they didn't, analysts expect it this FY, TT didn't say anything.

And May 2013 is a year after Max Payne ...

But why miss the fall season? GTA V would problably do much better in Fall 2012 than Spring 2013, even if May is not a crowed month. They would face competition form COD in November so I expect a October 2012 launch.

To get it finished, and R* games area always big enough that they can launch whenever they want
