I don't know where you can find the list, but if memory serves, early games came with a little cover that goes on the bottom of the game, a cardboard box with another box inside to house the cartridge, the manual, a Nintendo Power subscription card, and a product registration card. Later redesigned cartridges didn't include the plastic cover.
For the record, I normally don't even click on threads that ask half a question and follow it up with "....." (ie: Where can I ........). The only reason I came to this thread is because I thought you were looking for prostitutes and I wanted to find out, too.
