New X360 Grand Theft Auto 4 Preview (framerate and other problems fixed)

I think R* wants to hold their cards to their chest until the very last minute. I am not trying to say the PS3 version will blow, but if fans see it running - and the 360 version is clearly better than the PS3 version, I do think folks may cancel their preorders. Just a thought ...
