It is ingame it just has an extra offline AA pass on it if you open both full screen you can see the seccond pic looks far less smooth especially in the distance, the seccond pick also has some low res textures but that is par for the course and if you can find a single game without some low res textures I would be very surprised.
Uncharted 3 got much closer to it's bullshots than 2 did
naturally that ingame screen is picked to look as bad as possible.
Naughty dog just do an added AA pass these days, Epic on the other hand are legendary with their bullshots, and just about all pre release screens for any game are some form of bullshot
