Quite the contrary actually. I've been using them for a while now, and they offer a very good service. Deliveries are all free with Royal mail first class which arrives within 2-3 days (you can pay a small price for next day). Plus they always have offers going on and cut game prices very quickly, like Gears 3 is on for £19.99 now I believe.

Zavvi are awful, they are constantly advertising stuff as in stock when it isn't, they often slash prices and then claim out of stock after order is made, then a few weeks later cancel because "Supplier is no longer distributing this item" even on massively selling products.  Absolute crap, pretty sure is all a scam to get people to sign up to and use the website, it happens way too often.

Oh wow really, I have been using them for quite a while and haven't had any problems whatsoever in terms of orders not getting dispatched in time. As far as I can tell from personal experience (not from rumours from others), I would say they are as good as they get. Maybe I'm just lucky, who knows.
