Super Mario Galaxy 1/2 looked beautiful even with the awful hardware the Wii offered. I'm confident all of Nintendo's games will look absolutely stunning even with little efforts on graphics; their fenomenal designers will make sure that!
As for F-Zero, Nintendo should once again hand it to Sega though... or maybe Retro Studios. That game needs massive online capabilities and cutting-edge graphics! Probably the game I'm looking forward to the most next generation.
